Hello, sometimes I entered a room and everybody has 1.0b except me. How can I download this version of Age Of Empires II ?

To be honest, I don't know a version 1.3b also (for AOE2-AOC).
Maybe you need the C/E patch?
If so, I guess you can find it somewhere on this site, but I don't know where, I have it stored on my personal web space, this link should work:

If I install AOC from the cd's, then first i install aoe2, then aoc, then the above c/e patch, then I come to voobly and the rest is automatically installed as far as I remember...

but, maybe others know more about this...

can you give more info on were you getting/seeing 1.3b please?

First off there is no such thing as 1.3b. At least not officially.

From your game diagnostic it is clear that you are using a pirated version of the game. One possibility is that your game is incorrectly detecting the other players patches.

Are you certain the game was played on Voobly? If yes can you provide us the match link of one such game (where there is a patch discrepancy) that is ofcourse if you were able to play that game.

The host of a game room decides the patch and Voobly will make sure every player has the exact same patch. If the game was indeed played on Voobly then either you or the host has altered the game data files for the patch.

I would strongly suggest purchasing and reinstalling the game from a legitimate source. Here are the steps to perform a clean installation of the game:

If the problem still persists, please reply with the match link for one such game and we will check this further.

This mod requires you to overwrite your exiting age2_x1 exe which is why we do not recommend using this patch on Voobly. If you still do, you will have trouble connecting to other players who do not have this patch.
